Welcome to the Red Wing Grant Facilitator Project. The Red Wing Area Fund of the Saint Paul Foundation has created this project to assist Red Wing area non-profits increase their capacity for grant writing.

It is the mission of the Grant Facilitator Project to increase the capacity of Red Wing Area non-profit organizations to secure non-local funds to strengthen and improve their services, thereby enhancing the quality of life for Red Wing Area citizens.

In 2007, the Red Wing Area Fund offered unlimited access to technical assistance for all area non-profits. In 2008, RWAF awarded eight Technical Assistance Grants.
